This new building was constructed to serve the Pine Tree Independent School District Maintenance Group in Longview, Texas. It provides space for administration offices for the District as well as a training/meeting room, service section shops (shops include electrical shop, plumbing shop, HVAC shop, etc.) and storage space.

The building was totally heated and cooled. Special ventilation/exhaust systems were also provided. Mechanical systems were package split system design with an automation control system connected to the District’s central computers. Plumbing included sanitary systems, a shower area, central comprised air systems, and gas welding. Electrical power and lighting was provided for general and shop use. Fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and public address systems were also included.

A covered structure for bus parking, a 1,260 square foot lawn chemical storage building, and a 4,500 square foot general storage facility were also a part of this project.
